Mango Studios has recently released a new sound pack for the Rotate MD-80 in X-Plane 11 & 12. The latest sound pack has been designed to enhance the sounds of the famous plane, also known as Mad Dog.

The sound pack offers a comprehensive range of features for both exterior and interior sounds. For exterior sound, the pack features custom engine sounds for the Pratt & Whitney JT8D engines that are included with the Rotate MD-80. Recently, Mango Studios also released an engine add-on for the Rotate MD-80, which includes IAE V2500 engines, for which custom sounds are also included. Additionally, custom sounds are available for other systems including the APU, fuel pumps, packs, and many more.

The sound pack includes custom interior sounds for cockpit switches, GPWS sounds, startup sound effects, and many more. Just like all the other sound packs released by Mango Studios, this pack also comes with a custom in-sim menu that allows users to fully customize and tune the sounds according to their preferences.

To use the add-on, you will need the Rotate MD-80 and the IAE V2500 add-on if you want to use those engines. The sound pack is available on Mango Studios’ website for $14.99.
