Approximately three days after its release, Carenado has updated their newest X-Plane 11 aircraft, the CT208B Grand Caravan EX to version 1.1. This update adds a customized windshield rain effect, as well as a number of fixes for varying issues affecting the original product. 

Here is the complete list of features and fixes for version 1.1:

• Implemented customized rain effects.
• Fixed some CAS annunciator logic issues.
• Fixed autopilot disconnect sound.
• Fixed rudder center position.
• Fixed mechanical control surfaces deflection depending on aircraft being energized.
• Fixed gust lock position.
• Fixed autopilot disconnect logic on the yoke.
• Other minor bug fixes.

This update comes just two days after Dan Klaue announced Thranda’s split with Carenado, which you can read about here. 

Carenado is requesting that users uninstall the old version before downloading and installing v1.1. The CT208B can be updated or purchased from the Carenado Store.
