Magknight Pushes Out v1.6.0 with Brand New Cockpit

In a comprehensive announcement post on X-Plane.org, Alex Beavil has announced that the team has pushed out the final version of their much anticipated update which includes a wholly redemodelled 3d flightdeck. "You asked "new cockpit when", and the answer is NOW!"

Also included in the update is a "second-generation" EFB which includes new functions, most notably a new weight and balance page and the landing calculator. These main features is just a sliver of the many other bigfixes and other small additions added to the aircraft since v1.5.0, and it goes without saying that the Magknight 787 is compatible with v11.50 and Vulkan.

The new cockpit and update was released as a beta a few weeks ago for those who wants to explore the new visuals, and in that process, the team was busy squashing issues and bugs from feedback by the "21 people that have submitted bug reports via GitHub and Discord server"

With great updates come with great filesizes, and v1.6.0 contains over half a gigabyte of changed files, as such the team recommends user to update their aircraft not through the Skunkcrafts updater (Updating through Skunkcrafts update will take a very long time), but through the store.

As a sidenote, the team has informed that repaints made for v1.4.0 are for the most part compatible with the latest iteration of the exterior model, however some parts may be misaligned due to mapping improvements for the GE engines, and new additions such as SATCOMs and the inclusion of RR engines:
