FlightFactor Provides Additional Renders of the 787 Pro

Popular aircraft publisher in the X-Plane community, FlightFactor, has provided us with additional previews of their upcoming 787 Pro.

The developer initially announced the 787 back in September, stating “the team at FlightFactor, is happy to announce the first in a series of models of the next generation of FlightFactor Pro series: 787 Pro.” They also stated in their announcement that the 787 will “conquer new heights in complexity, usability and variety of features.”

Today, via Twitter, we have received two new screenshots showing the texturing and modelling inside the 787’s cockpit. The 787 is presumably still in early development, though, with FlightFactor not previewing any systems, as well all previews provided so far are rendered and not in-sim screenshots.

No exterior shots have been shared as yet, with all of the action happening in the cockpit at the moment. The developer also hasn’t provided us with any pricing information, and we presumably won’t get anything for a while due to the aircraft still being incredibly early in development.

All screenshots provided by the developer so far have showcased the cockpit with its screens off, though system work may have begun, no public information has been revealed on it. We can only go off of the developer’s words when it comes to the systems of the aircraft, saying it will be their most complex aircraft yet.

Another preview was shared of the 787’s throttle quadrant a few days ago - we’ve also attached that image in this article.

The original post from FlightFactor can be found on their Twitter feed, along with additional 787 previews.
