Aerosoft updates CRJ for MSFS 2020/2024
Aerosoft has released version 2.1.10 of its CRJ series for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024, introducing a host of system fixes, art adjustments, and enhancements.

The update applies across all CRJ variants, and introduces refinements to both the flight and engine models, aiming to improve handling and realism. In addition to aerodynamic adjustments, the update enhances cockpit visuals, with changes to elements like seat indicators, gear levers, and air outlets.
Numerous bugs have been resolved, such as errors with waypoint logic, autopilot disengagement behaviour in MSFS 2024, and missing or misrepresented indicators within the MCDU. The release also expands compatibility with SimBrief, including support for alternate flight plan imports, and reworks the autopilot logic, for greater stability and accuracy.

Version 2.1.10 also includes improvements to various systems, such as time and distance calculations, corrections to flex temperature performance values, and updated DME arc handling. Visual bugs, like the EICAS outline, weather radar behaviour, and various display elements, have also been addressed.

Quality-of-life additions include VR camera enhancements, smoother cockpit transitions, GSX ground power unit support, and fixes for flight planning inconsistencies and sound triggers, such as cabin chimes and pushback audio cues.
