Expo Aviação Virtual, also known as Virtual Aviation Expo, is South America’s largest dedicated flight simulation event, bringing together flight simmers, pilots and creators for two days of hands-on demos, product launches, and community meet-ups.

The event offers direct access to the latest in flight simulation, giving developers a platform to connect and showcase their work, while placing strong emphasis on opportunities to engage with speakers, virtual airlines, and aviation professionals.

Planned Activities

EAV 2025 kicks off Saturday, Nov. 22, at Espaço Center 3, Shopping Center 3, on Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, Brazil. Attendees can expect an expanded show floor, an auditorium for talks and panels, and convenient on-site amenities, including parking and a food court.

Across the weekend, EAV 2025 will showcase everything that drives the hobby, from announcements and product reveals to hands-on hardware demos, software trials, and live training sessions. You can expect a dedicated exhibition area, featuring well-known brands and studios within the community. There will also be plenty of lectures and workshops, highlighting aviation technology, training, and the trends shaping real aviation and its simulator counterpart. Last year’s EAV 2024 also saw many giveaways of various flight simulation software and other products.

EAV has confirmed a diverse range of speakers, with well-known Brazilian aviation figures already announced. Notably, Microsoft has also confirmed its attendance for 2025, with discussions ongoing to bring additional exhibitors. Our very own Artur will also be on the show floor, so feel free to say hi!

How to Attend

Standard tickets cover attendance for one day or, as a two-day “Passport”, the entire weekend. In addition to statutory half-price categories (students, seniors, people with disabilities, and educators), EAV 2025 offers a social half-price: anyone who brings 1 kg of non-perishable food at the entrance pays half price. Donations, with proceeds benefitting local charities, are being collected in partnership with the Gol Aeronauts Association (ASAGOL), an organisation founded in 2003, to represent the flight crews of Brazilian low-cost airline Gol Linhas Aéreas.
