Xometry has announced the release date Eagle County Airport (KEGE) for X-Plane 11 following their release of Ponta Delgada, a little over a month ago. Right after Ponta Delgada’s launch, the team quickly unveiled on their Discord server that they were developing Eagle County Airport on the 7th of October, today they have confirmed that the release will be in the coming weekend. The real airport is surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains, and the Eagle Valley, known for its challenging approach, windy and ever changing weather throughout the approach - the location proves to be a fun and challenging spot for pilots both real and virtual.

Eagle County Airport is served by multiple airlines with short and medium haul flights to Dallas (DFW), Los Angeles (LAX), and Denver (DEN) with the occasional seasonal flights to Chicago O’Hare (ORD), Atlanta (ATL), and more. Along with commercial flights, Eagle County serves a large selection of General Aviation and Charter flights. This airport features highly detailed buildings, PBR, Custom Lighting, and more.
