EnviFlight Releases CRJ-700 Previews

Developer Andrzej Borysewicz from EnviFlight has released a series of previews for the upcoming CRJ-700 that depict the completed portions of the external model, including the fuselage and landing gear.

In the statement that accompanied the post, Andrzej Borysewicz has indicated that the modeling/texturing of the wings and engines is not yet complete, but the aircraft’s development is making steady progress.

The CRJ project, originally started and later indefinitely shelved by SSG, is currently being developed by Andrzej Borysewicz in his new studio. Though SSG had already completed the aircraft’s external/internal modeling when the project was suspended, Andrzej Borysewicz could only take portions of the aircraft he had worked on when leaving the company. This meant the EnviFlight team had to recreate major portions of the CRJ in his rendition of the aircraft.

Currently, the developers have not published any further details on the CRJ but they did promise to post an update every couple of weeks.
