Skyline Simulations Releases Freeware Visby Airport (ESSV) for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Earlier this week, scenery developer Skyline Simulations released its rendition of Visby Airport (ESSV) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. A freeware, the scenery brings the users into the kingdom of Sweden with its high quality textures and objects.

Visby Airport, located in Gotland, Sweden, is the region's only commercial airport. It is served by airlines such as SAS, Finnair, Ryanair, and Norwegian Air Shuttle. In 2016, the airport saw some 460,000 passengers, mainly in the summer months.

According to Skyline Simulations, the scenery is built using the latest layout of Visby Airport using UHD and PBR textures for the ground, decal, buildings. In addition, there is 3D vegetation and ground traffic all around the airport. Finally, custom night textures are also included to add to the immersion.

Currently, Visby Airport is a freeware available to download from Skyline Simulation’s webstore. The developer recommends users to have 1.22 GB of free hard drive space to successfully install the product.
