Aeroplane Heaven Publishes Grumman F3F-2 for MSFS

Aeroplane Heaven has released their fourth aircraft for the new simulator with the release of the Grumman F3F-2; a fully capable combat trainer from the late 1930s and early 1940s. Aeroplane Heaven has meticulously simulated the quirks and features of the unique airplane which involves accurate flight dynamics and performance modeling, thse efforts brought to the table an immersive early bi-plane's authentic feel.

“The Flying Barrel” serves as an excellent introduction to early twentieth-century-era warplanes. Known as an agile speedster by its pilots, the F3F effectively preceded the WWII-bound F4F Wildcat.

Aeroplane Heaven’s F3F is visually stunning, taking full advantage of MSFS’s graphical prowess. The developer handled every detail from rivets to the aircraft’s steam gauges with care. It features seven authentic liveries from pre-WWII fighter squadrons. Additionally, the cockpit has been well attended to with equal amount of attention, featuring a fully functioning environment with both authenticity and quality in mind.
