FSDreamTeam Releases Chicago O'Hare Airport V2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Earlier this week, FSDreamTeam released their Chicago O'Hare Airport V2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator, one of the team’s first products for the new simulator.

With the release of Chicago O’Hare, FSDT will focus on developing other MFS products, including GSX and Basel Airport.

FSDreamTeam’s Chicago is a conversion of the developer’s existing product for the P3D platform, although has been enhanced to take full advantage of the latest simulator’s new graphical and functional features.

FSDreamTeam’s rendition of KORD will bring custom modelled buildings, PBR textures for all surfaces, and detailed modelled terminal interiors. A full list of features is as follows:

  • Highly detailed 3D buildings
  • Latest generation graphic, using only PBR materials.
  • Full Dynamic Lighting
  • Custom Animated Jetways, with Dynamic and animated Light effects
  • Accurate custom Taxiway signs and Ground markings
  • Terminal C completely modelled with interior and LOD optimizations
  • Other interiors simulated with the MSFS exclusive and fps-friendly Parallax Window mapping

FSDreamTeam’s rendition of Chicago can be purchased now for Microsoft Flight Simulator on the developer’s website or on simMarket for $19.99. Users who own the P3D version can take advantage of a 30% discount for the MFS version.

Threshold will keep you informed on any development updates with the developer's other projects.
