FlightFactor Updates 757 & 767

X-Plane mainstays FlightFactor have updated both of their current generation Boeing airliners today - the 757 and 767 - bringing them up to versions 2.2.13 and 1.3.2 respectively.

On the 757 side, the changes revolve around integration with Navigraph Charts, which was introduced a few updates ago. Other assorted fixes are also included, for example, bugs with multi-monitor set-ups and keyboard input for the CDU.

Some of the feature list from the 757 version 2.3.13:

  • added showing plane position on Navigraph Charts
  • added some docking points for better compatibility with ground services
  • fixed Navigraph Charts in VR
  • fixed resetting Navigraph Charts page on switching EFB mode (horizontal/vertical)
  • fixed broken sound on some Linux distributions
  • fixed the case when pop-up screens weren't visible in different multi-monitor setups
  • returned an ability to toggle keyboard input mode for CDU, now by clicking on CDU screen on pop-up window

For the larger of the two airliners, the 767 gets a bigger list of changes focused around improvements and bug fixes following the FPDS upgrade being rolled out for this aircraft in 2019. You can read more about that here.

Some of the feature list from the 767 version 1.3.2:

  • added FPDS related failures (display, DCU, DCP)
  • add copying MCP alt to scratch pad during active VNAV CRZ (only PIP)
  • some fixes for route drawing (FPDS)
  • changed how plan mode looks (FPDS)
  • changed how PFD/ND look when IRS is off or on but not ready (FPDS)
  • small fix for EICAS carets rendering
  • removed VREF bug from speed tape for TO mode
  • fixed loading FPL with disco (airbus extended format)
  • fixed limits for vMin and vMinManeuver speeds

The update is already online and can be downloaded via the X-Plane.org Store, where the 757 sells for $72.00 USD, or the 767 which sells for the same price. You can also download the update via the X-Updater.

The updates are not compatible with the X-Plane 10 versions of both aircraft.
