Update: VSkyLabs aircraft receieve FMOD sounds

FMOD is the new drug in the X-Plane world (alongside ortho mind you). It adds a new level of reality to any sim - dynamic audio. Many aircraft developers have made the jump to supporting FMOD sounds and now you can add one more to the list, VSkyLabs.

Announced via a "VSkyLabs NOTAM" on the VSL Facebook page, they have said that 6 of their products now support FMOD sounds via an update released today.

Here is the full post;

This is a kind of a 'VSKYLABS NOTAM'

So...during the previous week, an FMOD update was completed to all of these VSKYLABS projects:

  - EuroFOX

  - P2006T

  - SF-25C Falke

  - U-15 Phoenix

  - MicroHopper

  - Polaris AM-FIB

These projects FMOD packages were updated to there will be no conflict with AI aircraft, as having a VSKYLABS aircraft as a user and as an AI got into conflict with the FMOD sound bank, causing X-Plane to crash. This issue was fixed by setting the GUIDs to be unique for each project. So if you are having one of the above VSKYLABS packages, please update it by re-download them.

Thanks!

As mentioned above, to experience the full glory of FMOD sounds in your VSkyLabs aircraft, re-download the files from wherever you purchased them.
