Public Voting Now Open for the Flight Sim Awards 2026

Public voting for the Flight Sim Awards 2026 is now open! This is your chance to vote for your favourite products, developers, publishers and creators that had an impact on your flight simulation experience in 2025. We invite you to spend 5-10 minutes casting your vote, because every vote matters.

The nomination process combined input from the community survey, content creators, media outlets, and the Flight Sim Awards organising board and jury. This approach was designed to ensure that the final shortlist reflects the breadth of activity across the flight simulation space, from aircraft and scenery development to tools, content creation, and long-term individual contributions.

With the list of nominees now set, the next step belongs to the public. This is where YOU come in!

You all are invited to review the shortlisted candidates in each category and cast your vote for the projects and individuals you believe have made the most significant impact over the past year. Each vote directly determines the final award recipients.

Following your feedback from last year, we have reviewed all short-listed candidates and ensured that they either were released in 2025 or had a significant impact/update in the last calendar year. Each category listed comes with more in-depth information on the voting page should you want to review the criteria further. Furthermore, if a category is irrelevant to you, simply click ‘SKIP’ and move on.

Public voting will remain open until Sunday, March 1st 2026.

The winners will be revealed during the Flight Sim Awards ceremony on Friday, March 20th 2026, held in cooperation with FlightSimWeekend. You can attend in person by purchasing a Captain’s Dinner ticket here: [link]

The Flight Sim Awards are organised jointly by Threshold, FSElite, and Cruiselevel. The Awards aim to provide a transparent and meaningful platform to recognize excellence and contribution within the global flight simulation community.

Your input is critical in ensuring that developers and products get the recognition they deserve. After countless hours of flight simulation enjoyment in 2025, this is a great opportunity to give back to the talented developers, publishers, and creators who devoted so much time to the hobby we love.
