After releasing the scenery in early February 2021, Flight Sim Development Group (FSDG) have updated their Cusco scenery to version 1.2, completely solving any bugs that came with its initial release.

Cusco was one of the many airports the team decided to transfer over from Microsoft Flight Simulator X. This rendition comes complete with reworked ground textures, static aircraft and ground equipment, accurate airport signs and markings, and more.

The airport comes included with the following:

  • Fully accurate rendition of Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport, Cusco, Peru (SPZO) and surroundings
  • Enhanced Cusco city with extra landmarks and buildings
  • Custom mesh
  • Sloped runway
  • Custom built for MSFS with latest MSFS technologies like dynamic lights, parallax windows and ground materials
  • Includes static aircraft for even more authenticity
  • Optimized for great performance and visual quality
  • Includes tool to fix wrong airport name in MSFS
  • Manual included

Although the bugs that were fixed haven’t been listed, you can check out the trailer of the product on the group’s YouTube channel here:

The developers have also announced that the scenery will be brought to Prepar3D v4/v5 releasing later this month. They also announced that their next airport to be released is Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (FIMP) within the next week.

In the meantime, you can purchase the Cusco for MSFS for $21.56 on the FSDG Store
