FSA Shares FlightSimExpo 2026 Travel Information

Fresh off the heels of the biggest FlightSimExpo yet, the team has already set sights on 2026, with the organisers, Flight Simulation Association, having shared the first wave of travel details for FlightSimExpo 2026. As previously shared in June, the convention will take place on Jun. 12-14, 2026, at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Saint Paul, MN, USA, situated a 15-minute drive from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP).

Hotels and accommodation
Returning for 2026 are various discounted hotel rates, offering multiple options for attendees to stay at next year’s event. FlightSimExpo’s primary hotel, where visitors are encouraged to stay, is the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront, an eight-minute walk from the venue. It is rated 4 stars on TripAdvisor and offers elevated accommodations with panoramic views of downtown St. Paul.

Prices start at $159 per night, plus taxes, with a more expensive option including valet parking. Although InterContinental normally requires guests to be 21 or older to check in, those booking through the FlightSimExpo booking link may check in unaccompanied from age 18.

FlightSimExpo has also secured discounted rates for nearby Hilton and Hyatt properties, starting at $149–159 per night. All official hotels can be booked through the FlightSimExpo website and are within walking distance of the venue.

FSA recommends arriving by Thursday, Jun. 11, and departing Monday, Jun. 15, to catch all the seminars, exhibits, product announcements, workshops, and off-site activities planned. Be advised, prices are expected to increase fast, so be sure to book early!

Travel to FlightSimExpo 2026
For those travelling by rail,  Amtrak’s Borealis and Empire Builder serve Saint Paul’s Union Depot station, with connections to Chicago, Seattle, and Portland. Within the city, buses and light rail provide onward access to the venue.

As with hotels, flight discounts are available via the FlightSimExpo website, covering Delta, United, Southwest, and codeshares, such as Air Canada and WestJet.

Event Schedule

Across the weekend, FlightSimExpo offers a mix of product reveals, interactive exhibits, and educational content. The show begins on Friday, Jun. 12, with #FSExpoFriday Seminars running from 1 pm. Here, flight sim developers take the stage for live announcements and updates, followed by a welcome reception for all attendees.

The exhibit hall, meanwhile, is open on Saturday and Sunday, featuring the latest in hardware, software, and services. Alongside the show floor, two stages will host seminars, panel discussions, and Q&As, covering a wide range of aviation and simulation topics.

A more detailed event schedule is expected in early 2026.
