iBlueYonder has posted a status update to their Facebook page regarding KPDX news for the two major simulators, X-Plane 11 and Prepar3D.

Staying with X-Plane 11 however, the developer headlined the news with "KPDX for X-Plane 11 Nearly Done," and is in a "very advanced state of development." The airport is being developed in collaboration with Flightbeam Studios.

There was no estimated date of release however. The developer went on to say that Scenery Animation Manager (SAM) will assist in the implementation of custom dynamic jetways, aircraft marshallers and Atlantic Aviation hangar doors.

The first image of the airport was released back at the start of May. You can see this here.
