iniBuilds Releases London Gatwick Airport for MSFS 2024
iniBuilds recently released their rendition of London Gatwick Airport (EGKK) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. It is the second-busiest airport in the United Kingdom, with a yearly average of 40.9 million passengers.
The airport was established in the late 1920s as an aerodrome, but commercial use only started in 1933.

The first passenger terminal, called “The Beehive,” was built two years after its commercial debut. Scheduled air services started a year later.

Gatwick was taken by the Royal Air Force during World War 2 and converted to RAF Gatwick, returning to civilian capacity shortly after the war was over.

It’s a hub for British Airways and a focus city for BA EuroFlyer, easyJet UK, Norse Atlantic UK, TUI Airways, Vueling, and Wizz Air UK. Aegean Airlines, Air Arabia, Air China, Air Europa, Air India, Air Peace, Air Transat, airBaltic, Atlantic Airways, Aurigny, Azerbaijan Airlines, Azores Airlines, China Eastern, China Southern, Corendon, Croatia Airlines, Delta, Eastern Airways, Emirates, Iberia Express, ITA, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Nouvelair, Qatar, Ryanair, Singapore Airlines, Swiss, TAP Air Portugal, Tunisair, Turkish, Volotea, Vueling, and WestJet also serve it.

The scenery features an accurate rendition of the airport with hand-made ground textures, a true-to-life landside recreation, 180+ hand-crafted models, HD jetways, full HD ground poly, an up-to-date ground layout, an official GSX profile, and much more.

It’s available on the iniBuilds Store for roughly $29.39, requiring at least 11 GB of free hard disk space to install.
