For more than two years, the developer Lebor Simulations has worked on re-creating the capital of Lebanon, Beirut, for X-Plane 11. Today sees its pre-release, exclusively on their Facebook page.

We reported two weeks ago with the distribution of V1 screenshots that the scenery was to be expected in June or July, with a darker outlook of an additional two months if beta testing didn't go too well.

The developer notes that this is a demanding scenery on hardware, and that users should read the EULA and manual carefully. It should be noted additional libraries are required to run the scenery.

The announcement, as well as the link to download, can be sourced on their Facebook page here.
