Multi-sim scenery developer, MK-Studios, has taken to their Facebook page to provide us with an extensive roadmap covering a numerous amount of sceneries in development for Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and Prepar3D. X-Plane 11 was not mentioned on the roadmap provided by the developer.

Firstly, let’s start with the release of Dublin. MK-Studios have today released their first airport for MSFS with the release of Dublin (EIDW). Dublin is a major international airport and is located in the capital city of Ireland. The developer has stated that “We're doing our work properly, not just porting the scenery straight. In Dublin, for example, we modeled new jetways, updated taxiway layouts, stand names, and fixed a few small issues here and there. “ As well, a feature list was provided from the developer highlighting the work gone into the airport. The feature list is visible below:

• Fully detailed rendition of Dublin airport,
• Up to date ground layout and stands according to the real-world changes,
• Terminal interior model (simplified for maximum performance,
• AI compatible,
• Optimized for high performance.

Now onto the roadmap, the developer has provided an update on 12 sceneries coming to simulators in 2021. The roadmap provided by Mateusz Stabryla (MK-Studios CEO) covers a vast number of airports that the team at MK-Studios has been working on and will continue to work on until their release. The roadmap doesn’t contain many specific details about the sceneries, though it does provide us with expected release dates for most of the airports, with most expected to release sometime in 2021. 1. Ponta Delgada - LPPD

As mentioned some time ago, we started to work on Ponta Delgada. Most of the modeling is done now and we're moving to the terrain part. Release Q1 2021.

2. Fuerteventura V2 - GCFV

Work in progress, release Q1 2021. We've done the whole modeling as well now.

3. Rome Fiumicino - LIRF

The modeling is now 80% done, release expected for Q1/Q2 2021.

4. Keflavik - BIKF - MSFS

Work in progress, release expected in January.

5. Rovaniemi - EFRO

Ho ho ho! Expected in the second half of 2021.

6. São Pedro - GVSV

Let's bring Capo Verde islands to P3D and MSFS!

7. Porto - LPPR

Who doesn't like Porto? We do! Work will begin as soon as Rome is out.

8. Cork - EICK

We're back to Ireland!

9. Palanga - EYPA

This will be a side project for us to test some new technics. No timeline.

10. Helsinki - EFHK - MSFS

Planned sometime between Q1 and Q2 2021

11. Lisbon - LPPT - MSFS

Planned Q2/Q3 2021.

12. Vagar - EKVG - P3DV5 MSFS

P3D V5 update planned for January. MSFS version in the second half of 2021 when custom mesh will be supported in the sim.
