Orbx Updates EGNT, LOWG & LFKB for Microsoft Flight Simulator; TrueEarth Canaries for X-Plane

No less than four updates for four different products have been pushed out by Orbx over the past couple of days, covering products from both Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane.

The first of these to be released was TrueEarth Canary Islands for X-Plane, which was initially released in December 2020.

It includes a five line changelog, which fixes minor issues with parking positions at La Palma Airport and makes static aircraft toggleable, plus patches to orthoimagery and coastline issues to make them more representative of the real world.

La Palma Airport is included in TrueEarth Canary Islands for X-Plane.

Next up, an even shorter two-line list of changes for Newcastle (EGNT) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The two fixes pertain to taxiway edge lighting and terrain issues, both of which now function correctly.

Graz, located in Austria, has the longest changelog of this bunch, with 113 points of interest being added to the surrounding city proving to be the main attraction.

The full changelog is available below:

  • 113 POIs added to the city and surrounds
  • Fixed incorrect GSE types
  • Floor inside of terminal has been reworked
  • Added some foliage near the airport
  • Added bloom to light sources around terminal
  • Fixed floating chairs and tables on the terminal
  • Added yellow static GSE vehicles and added decals to the stair truck

Lastly, Bastia-Poretta Airport saw an update to v1.1.0 also, which fixed issues with parking slots and improved the textures of both static aircraft and ground service equipment.

All of these updates are available now via Orbx Central for free.
