Parallel 42 releases Cheat River Island

Parallel 42 is recognized for creating innovative and sensational airstrip scenes and environments for Microsoft Flight Simulator has released a new scenery add on Cheat River Island. Cheat River Island, a small grass airstrip located within the Allegheny Mountains that hosts the Cheat River Fly-Ins. According to Parallel 42, "this isnt your ordinary airstrip." The scenic location is situated on a river island and offers a variety of immersive features and animations that bring the simulation to life.

The turf airstrip adds to the challenge, testing your bush flying skills. Apart from flying, Parallel 42 offers much more with the //42 Campout Utility, which lets you camp out on the island airstrip and enjoy additional entertainment. Features include custom animations like animated ziplines, lawnmower event with custom sounds, various micro scenes located around the area. The scenery also includes over six miles of road designed for their recent Juice Goose all terrain vehicle. The package also includes a bonus airstrip within the vicinity. You can purchase the Cheat River Island Scene for your PC for $12.99 from their website/Orbx, and it will soon be available on the Flight Simulator Marketplace, including Xbox.
