Microsoft has just released a video of its newest expansion pack for MSFS, the Reno Air Races. The video showcases various warbirds, jets, and aerobatic aircraft and offers users with different classes of the Reno Air Races, including the biplane class. Microsoft has released a teaser of the product before, but people can take a better look at what can be expected from the product with the most recent video as it showcases multiple features of the expansion pack..

The real event held its first edition in 1964 by World War II veteran Bill Stead, featuring multi-lap, multi-aircraft races on closed oval courses which ranged between 3, and 8 miles. Aircraft participating in the Reno Air Races include highly modified World War II fighters, biplanes, light sports aircraft, jets, STOL aircraft, and aerobatics aircraft. Nowadays, the Reno Air Races attract thousands of people seeking the thrill of seeing aircraft race wing to wing, at speeds in excess of 500 mph.

The video showcased various types of aircraft, including a wide array of sub variants, representing 4 different racing classes. This might suggest the add-on has little to offer, but quite the opposite is true; all liveries of the teams racing these aircraft will be included with their respective panel layouts. Furthermore, users are provided with a highly immersive soundset, providing an accurate rendition of the Reno Air Races.

No further information has been provided by Microsoft, the original video can be viewed on the Xbox Youtube Channel.
