Threshold Exclusive: xEnviro v1.09 released

After a turbulent few days with xEnviro v1.08, the developers have released version 1.09, much to the surprise of many users. The new version adds the remaining features that didnt make it to v1.08 and introduces optimisations and bug fixes that was introduced in the previous version.

Version 1.09 adds cloud shadows, crepuscular rays and more features. One of the main bugfixes is the change of blending on overcast layers, so that it doesn't interfere with terrain, now simmers doesn't experience the hard edges known as Terrain Clipping.
