Progress Update on AeroDesign's John Glenn Columbus International Airport (KCMH)

Despite life getting in the way of development time somewhat, AeroDesign has continued to busy themselves with their X-Plane rendition of John Glenn Columbus International Airport (KCMH).

To start, ground vehicles have had much attention delivered to them by the team, especially with the Physically Based Rendering (PBR) of the fuel truck:

Smaller details such as barriers, fences and ground detailing was also added. Also changed were the ground textures for a more authentic look:

Some additional screenshots of the airport are below. Note that a terminal overhaul is to be completed with sharper textures and more detailing in the coming weeks:

The update on progress can be found at the x-plane.org forum here. The team also welcomes feedback, should you have any.

To conclude: at the end of last month, Threshold was given the honour of sharing the exclusive announcement of Montgomery Regional Airport by X-Codr and AeroDesign; the details of which can be found here.
