Blue Sky Star Simulations (BSS) has released their latest sound pack, this time for the Airbus A319 by ToLiss Simulations. While currently solely the CFM-56 engines, IAE V2500 sounds will soon follow.

Initially announced in the BSS roadmap eight months ago, the A319 sound pack is finally here to the masses to enjoy, following in the tracks of the highly successful Flight Factor A320 sound pack. By default in the A319 there are CFM sounds from Turbine Sound Studios (TSS) included, with an IAE sound pack available for ten extra dollars, so it will be interesting to see how these compare.

The feature list given is too extensive to list, but highlights includes sounds for all controls in the cockpit, wind flows for various outside structures, flaps, PTU, and much more.

The A319 CFM-56 sounds from BSS are available for 19.99 USD and can be found on their website here. It is expected that the sound pack will be available on x-plane.org very soon. The IAE V2500 sound pack will be available in the future for 9.99 USD.

Threshold will make sure you’re up to date on any new developments from Blue Sky Star Simulations.
