Departure Designs Releases Flint Bishop Airport (KFNT)

In a surprise move from scenery developer Departure Designs, they've released their rendition of Bishop International Airport (KFNT), located in the infamous Flint, Michigan (U.S.).

The town, only about an hour out of Detroit, was made famous for it's fight for a clean water supply - a battle that's been raging on since 2014.

Departure Designs, headed by 737 Ultimate developer Daniel Johnson, released their latest scenery via the Vertical-Simulations store this morning, with no prior announcement or previews.

The group currently has two other in-development sceneries, those being St. Thomas (TIST) and New Orleans (KMSY), which were announced earlier this month.

Here's the feature list for the scenery:

  • PBR textures throughout
  • Highly detailed
  • Custom Animated Jetways
  • WT3 support
  • Custom Night Lighting
  • Vibrant color graded Satellite Imagery High Resolution 4K Textures
  • Airport layout circa Q1 2019
  • Ground Traffic airfield vehicles
  • Easy Installer
  • Compatibility:
  • Tested on 11.30, not X-Plane 10 Compatible.

You can check out the store page for Departure Designs' Bishop International Airport (KFNT) over on the Vertical Simulations website, where it's selling for $18.00 USD.
