FlyX Simulations Releases Fuerteventura Airport (GCFV)

FlyX Simulations has released their newest product for X-Plane 11: Fuerteventura Airport (GCFV). Fuerteventura Airport is FlyX’s third payware scenery and the first developed using their new workflow.

The product includes accurately modeled buildings, detailed orthophotos around the airport, and the application of PBR textures on all surfaces. A complete list of features is as follows:

  • Accurate, custom modeled buildings
  • Accurate, custom ground textures
  • An up to date apron and taxiway layout
  • Orthophotos for the airport area
  • Custom buildings for some of the surrounding area
  • Custom modelled, textured, and animated auto gate Jetways
  • PBR texturing throughout the entire scenery
  • Custom 3D grass, bushes, and trees
  • Custom modelled and textured ground equipment
  • Custom modelled and animated ground traffic

Fuerteventura Airport, or El Matorral Airport, is located in the Canary Islands and serves the island of Fuerteventura. Opened in 1969, the airport now serves some 30 airlines and more than 8.4 million passengers per year.
