Just Flight have just confirmed the development of their upcoming BAe Avro RJ series for X-Plane 11 and have posted two new cockpit renders on their Facebook page

The Avro RJ is an improved version of the British Aerospace 146, a regional 4-engined aircraft that was manufactured from 1983 to 2002.

Just Flight is currently developing the British Aerospace 146-100/-200/-300 for both X-Plane and P3D however, the developer has indicated that the two versions of the aircraft will be available as two different products. The add-on is expected to be released by the end of this northern hemisphere summer.

In the two previews posted on the developer’s Facebook page, the Avro RJ’s distinctive glass-cockpit EFIS can be noticed, which remain unanimated as of now.

Just Flight has been working closely with Thranda for the conversion of their products to the X-Plane 11 platform, therefore the Avro RJ series is also expected to be done in cooperation with Thranda Designs.

The developer has previewed its upcoming VC-10 airliner two weeks ago, check out our article covering it.
