Just Flight Previews VC10 Cockpit and Exterior

Aircraft developer Just Flight has shared previews showing the most recent work completed on the VC10. They seem to be progressing well, this week sharing photos of the exterior of the aircraft as well as the cockpit.

Several weeks ago, Just Flight had announced their VC10 for X-Plane, making this the first time outside of an announcement that previews have been shared.

So far we have yet to see previews of the other four variants Just Flight will be including; Super Civilian, C1K, K3 and K4, each one with a variety of respective liveries. The aircraft was originally seen in FSX and P3D, but due to popular demand it will also be moving to X-Plane 11.

The product page of the VC10 states that the cockpit will include detailed 3D instruments, with authentic wear and tear akin to what can be seen in the real aircraft, and all four crew positions are modelled in high detail.

The aircraft will have realistic flight dynamics based on real world data and input from former pilots. It will be equipped with Rolls-Royce Conway engines including custom sounds in order for the aircraft to be as close to reality as possible.

Just Flight has not yet confirmed a release date, though with the progress we are seeing, we can only assume that it won’t be too long.

In other news, Just Flight is also currently working on the BAe 146 for X-Plane 11. This aircraft will be shipped with 3 variants; the 100, 200 and 300. Just like the VC10, it includes a fully modelled 3D cockpit and a realistic flight model.

The latest previews also include a feature list and new screenshots, available to view here.
