Parallel42 Releases The Skypark

First announced at FlightSimExpo 2019, the company formerly known as OldProp and responsible for Prepar3D's acclaimed 'Immersion' packages has released their next product: the Skypark for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Marketing itself as "a living playground within your sim," the developer says the Skypark allows for users to "indulge their fantasies of traveling the world by air while working a market of worldwide contracts."

"The Skypark combines characters, contract jobs, tours, and adventures for pilots to use their custom aircraft and scenery collections to reignite their passion for flight."

One of the Skypark's main features is the Skypad, which is Parallel42's take on a tablet electronic flight bag - it offers a number of apps which allow users to take, manage and complete flying contracts.

It also includes the 'yoFlight' app, which acts as a more traditional EFB with navigation functionality and more.

"As a contract pilot on The Skypark, you can choose worldwide adventure or chase financial success," reads the product description.

The Skypark by Parallel42 is priced at a very on-brand $42.00 AUD and is available from OrbxDirect. It is currently only available for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Note that the release is considered early access currently - the developer recommends getting in touch via their Discord chat server should you run across any issues. You can join that server here.
