ToLiss Issues Statement On X-Plane 12 Support

ToLiss Simulations has issued a statement regarding X-Plane 12, which was just announced at the FSExpo during the weekend

ToLiss’ existing products, the A319 and A321, will remain compatible with X-Plane 10 and X-Plane 11. However, the developer announced that users will be required to pay an upgrade fee to the new X-Plane version. It is noted that the X-Plane 11 version will technically still work in X-Plane 12, but the developer speculates that the upgraded version will include additional features yet to be known.

The upcoming product, the A340-600, will be compatible with XPlane 11 and XPlane 12. There will not be an upgrade fee. Also, regarding the twin-aisle aircraft, ToLiss has recently declared the release date of the A340-600. You can see the trailer here.

The developer has also clarified its support policy. When XPlane 12 will be released, the development team will not issue further updates to the XPlane 10 version of the aircraft. However, the support will remain as it is right now. In the same timeframe, their products will also be compatible with XPlane 12.
