Scenery developer GayaSimulation has provided another written status update on their two airport projects, both located in the French Alps. Courchevel, the more famous of the two, was announced back in February - joined by Meribel Airport in April.

Today's post focuses in on mesh work at Courchevel, which is very important to the overall look of the airport considering it has a sloped runway and a sharp drop off at one end.

Various other object renders are also included in the post, in order for the developers to show us the "big picture" scene, which includes the airport and surrounding town.

As for Meribel, the developers have also attached renders of building work for that airport too. Most interestingly on the Meribel side of things, the GayaSimulation team have decided to model the nearby ski field of Meribel Alpina, part of Les Trois Vallees - the largest ski resort in the world.

You can view the full post on the GayaSimulation Facebook page here. Alternatively, check out a previous update on Courchevel in a previous article.
