Further 747-8 V2 Freighter Previews by Supercritical Simulations Group

Another look at the Freighter variant of the 747-8 V2 by Supercritical Simulations Group (SSG) has been shown through their Facebook page.

The freighter variant will follow on from the passenger variant, released on the last day of October last year. Since then, the aircraft has received major updates, aimed at addressing bugs and improving the aircraft, following a lot of backlash from the community.

These previews follow on from the first look in February when the developer shared early progress of the upcoming update to the aircraft. The mostly untextured previews are available to see in the article below.

"At long last, here is a sneak peek at the upcoming SSG 747-8 V2 Freighter," wrote SSG to Facebook. "It is still being worked on and will change from what you see here, but shows we are getting close to beta testing and then release!"

February also saw the announcement of work beginning on the displays of their CRJ-700, which has been in development for a number of months.

Progress on the regional airliner was largely delayed thanks in part to the 747-8 V2, but the pace of development apparently picked up with the release of the latter.

Additionally, SSG has said they are working on Embraer E-Jet E2 aircraft, although an official announcement and previews have yet to be made.
