Sierrasim Release Antonio Nariño Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Sierrasim, a scenery developer mainly focussing on FSX and P3D, have released their first product for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They announced the release of Antonio Nariño Airport for MSFS via a Facebook post.

In the Facebook post, they said that original owners of the FSX or P3D version are entitled to a discount for the MSFS version. The discount can be found in the store of purchase, the developers said. The scenery can either be purchased via the Sierrasim website or on simMarket.

A feature list has also been included by Sierrasim, which is as follows:

  • Textures and models based on aerial images
  • Photorealistic textures for buildings, vehicles, etc.
  • Airport objects
  • Good performance
  • Realistic night lighting

Antonio Nariño Airport serves Pasto, a large city in the south of Colombia. The tabletop runway is what makes this airport significant, with it being raised 50 meters on a plateau. As well as that, the airport sees a lot of crosswinds, making it hard to land into. Antonio Nariño Airport serves as both a domestic and military airport, with Avianca EasyFly being the two main airlines that operate there. It sees an average of 350,000 people pass through each year.

You can purchase Antonio Nariño Airport on Sierrasim’s website store for $15.33, or on simMarket for $15.35. You can follow Sierrasim’s development on their website or their Facebook page.
