YD Design Releases Glacier Park for X-Plane
YD Design has just released in partnership with VREF Simulations a brand new rendition of Glacier Park International Airport, marking their first payware release.
Located near Kalispell in the state of Montana, Glacier Park International Airport first opened in 1942 with its first commercial flights starting in 1950. Now equipped with two asphalt runways, the airport is being used by several main airlines.
The developer made use of PBR, 4K texture and much more to bring a faithful replica of the airport to the X-Plane community. The full feature list is available below:
- Custom SAM jetways
- Custom volumetric grass
- Custom 4K ground textures
- PBR on all buildings and surfaces
- ALES ground lines
- Orthophotos
- 50+ custom objects
- Optional free static aircraft pack
An optional static aircraft pack is available for free on the Threshold Forums.
YD Design’s Glacier Park Airport for X-Plane 11 is now available on the Threshold Store or the X-Plane.org Store for $13.00.
