After having been originally revealed back in January of last year, Airfield Canada has once again taken to their Facebook page to provide new previews of Halifax Stanfield International Airport (CYHZ). This time, the developers are showcasing the optional seasonal textures coming with the airport for X-Plane 11.

Located in Nova Scotia, Canada, CYHZ serves as an international airport for Halifax. The airport regularly sees traffic from Canada’s largest airlines such as WestJet and Air Canada. Foreign operators can also be seen visiting the airport on seasonal operations such as the likes of Condor who operates seasonal flights from Frankfurt. The airport also sees a respectable amount of passengers each year, with 3,508,153 visitors passing through its doors in 2020.

In the previews provided by the developer, you can notice the detailed snow textures that have been crafted into the scenery to accurately represent the location of the airport, especially due to the tendency to snow in the area.

No information on pricing or a release date has been provided by the developer, although we’ll keep an eye on any developments that occur.
