Thrustmaster Begins TCA Boeing Yoke and Throttle Preorders

Front running hardware manufacturer, Thrustmaster, has begun preorders for their upcoming Boeing Yoke & Throttle Quadrant product, which is the first-ever officially licensed Yoke and Throttle Quadrant on the market.

First showcased at FSExpo last September, Thrustmaster showed off their lineup of products and their plans for upcoming products. They formally announced their officially licensed Boeing Yoke and Throttle Quadrant. During their seminar, they told audience members to wait until November 9th for the next full update on the progress of the product.

During the Seminar, Tim Gorham from Thrustmaster gave insight into the history of the company and covered all of its roots in the Flight Sim community since 1990. After covering their new product, Gorham showed the development of the first perpendicular style of yoke where instead of the shaft connected to the main control box via a metal pipe, the yoke dips below the user’s desk, reenacting and simulating a more realistic feel close to a Boeing 787 aircraft. Along with that, Tim announced that the yoke will feature full compatibility with Xbox Series X/S and PC, with a straightforward “plug and play” connection for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

For those waiting to purchase your Boeing TCA kit, today’s the day where you are able to preorder the product on certain retailers such as Amazon. The hardware comes with an asking price of $500 US Dollars and will be released very close to the Christmas Holidays next month on the 23rd. You can find all of Thrustmaster’s other products, such as their TCA Airbus Sidestick product, all on their website.

Threshold will be sure to keep you updated on any further product developments and releases.
