No Money Monday’s X-Craft’s E175 and 195

This week, we bring you another great add-on by a well-known developer, the E-Jets by X-Crafts. X-Crafts is known for being one of the top Embraer developers for X-Plane and now MSFS, in partnership with Flight Sim Studio. They bring us the sleek Legacy, ERJ 135-145, 175 and 195. This post within the X-Plane.org support forum covers the details of future support and disclaimers. The aircraft is natively created for X-Plane 11 but will fly in X-Plane 12, though it has not been fully tested for v12. X-Crafts also provides demos of their products. If you prefer to take a pre-purchase flight in X-Plane 12 E-Jets version, check out this link here.

The add-on package has the expected features, including checklists and manuals for all major aircraft systems. It also includes the Tekton FMS, designed by Steve Wilson, which allows you to fly SIDs, STARs, and other flight management features.

The Embraer 175's distinctive extended winglets.

Flight-wise Embraer’s are known for their responsiveness in flight surface response. If you have ever flown in a 145 or 175/95, you will notice the “crisp” roll response, giving it an almost sporty feel. X-crafts captured this characteristic well. The E-Jets Package also includes its distinctive extended winglets, along with blended winglets. Fully modeled passenger cabins and functioning entry doors, cargo pit doors, and ground equipment are included. See more of the feature list here midway down the product page.

Built in resizable checklists.

Both versions have multiple liveries, with the 175 mainly covering North American and European airlines and the 195 featuring Azul, AirDolomiti, and European and North American carriers. Overall, this is a great option for short hops and a valuable addition to any freeware hangar.
