Aerosoft Updates Nuremberg XP to v1.02
Yesterday, Aerosoft released an update to their Nuremberg XP scenery for X-Plane 11. The update entails adjustments to the overall ground layout and fixes a bug with a floating sculpture landside.
Nuremberg Airport (EDDN), located in the second-largest city in the state of Bavaria, serves as a hub for Eurowings, TUI fly and, until two months ago, Ryanair. In 2018, just under 4.5 million passengers used the airport with more than 66,000 aircraft movements. It also saw more than eight thousand tonnes of air freight transported.
The scenery, developed by Captain7, 29Palms & Stairport, was finally released in April of this year after a year and a half of development. The update is the first larger update of this particular scenery, and the full changelog can be found below;
- ALS height adjusted
- Floating sculpture landside fixed
- Ground layout adjusted
- Animated vehicles adjusted
- Set runway lights to correct position
- DRF helicopter implemented
- Placed jetway to end of RWY28
Developer Stairport which is also currently in the process of developing Aerosoft’s East Frisia Islands scenery.
The update, which is entirely free for all current license holders, is already available for download from the Aerosoft website. Alternatively, if you don’t already own it, the scenery is available for purchase for €25.16 (including 20% VAT) from the same site.
