In this week's instalment of No Money Mondays, we are visiting the busiest airport in Ecuador, Mariscal Sucre International Airport. We are reviewing the AeroX Simulations version of the airport for X-Plane 12.

Due to the limited capacity for expansion at the old airport, a decision was made to construct a new one. Construction of the new airport began in 2006, and operations officially started in 2013. This new airport is ten times larger than the old facility and is situated at an elevation of 7,874 feet. It serves various airlines, including Aeroregional, Avianca Ecuador, and KLM, offering destinations in North America, South America, and Europe. As a result, the airport accommodates over 5 million passengers annually.

The scenery package comes with various features, including a fully custom airport, custom mesh, highly detailed objects, high-resolution orthophoto, 3D vegetation, and more.

Mariscal Sucre International Airport by AeroX Simulations is now available on the X-Plane.Org Forum. If you're looking to explore a new airport with stunning surroundings, this one could be for you.
